The Leadership Development Course (LDC) is a six-week intensive designed for YWAM leaders with 4–5 years of experience. Through spiritual impartation, leadership sharpening, and personal renewal, this course empowers you to lead with greater clarity and confidence.

Elements of the LDC
This is more than a Christian leadership course. It’s a space to encounter God, be healed by the Holy Spirit, and be reignited for your calling. Ephesians 4:12–14 speaks of “…equipping the saints for the work of ministry”. This course is designed to help you return to your ministry with renewed identity, strength, and strategy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. YWAM affirms the importance of families serving God together in missions—not just the father or mother. We encourage the development of strong, healthy family units, with each member contributing their gifts in unique and complementary ways. There is a place for you at YWAM Lancaster’s LDC.
Tuition for the LDC is $750 per person. This covers the course manual, content, and teachers.
Please note: Tuition does not include food or housing.
Children are welcome to join family activities such as morning worship, meals, and community events.
To allow parents to fully engage with LDC teachings and small groups (9:30 AM–5:00 PM), we ask that families bring a nanny for their children.
Note: Children under 18 months may stay in class with parents. YWAM Lancaster is not able to provide childcare.
