YWAM Lancaster’s Cross-Cultural Leadership Center (CCLC) is thrilled to offer our first 6-week Leadership Development Course (LDC) in May-June 2025. The LDC is 6 weeks of interactive learning that includes teaching input, in-class discussions, question times, role plays, games, exercises, and hands-on workshops to help you learn and assimilate the teaching. If you have been a ministry leader, director, or leadership team member for over 4-5 years, the LDC is for you! Developed and led by Stephe & Rite Mayers, the LDC has been run all over the world and is now coming to Lancaster! Come join YWAM Lancaster’s LDC!
