Hello, we are Bill and Val! Our mission is empowering leaders for healthy, sustainable growth. We have served in missions with YWAM for over 40 years, living overseas in the nations of Grenada, Barbados and Jamaica, while raising our three children in a discipling community. Our experience and gifting is now being invested in a new wave of young missionaries from YWAM Lancaster and from YWAM Caribbean.

Yes on my DTS outreach in Mexico. We were distributing Bibles and we almost had a riot because people were so hungry to get God’s word. God challenge me that I could make an eternal difference if I pursued, fulfilling the great commission for the rest of my life, and I said yes, knowing that I would live in many different nations.
1980 I did my DTS at Tyler Texas. I had significant encounters with God, including getting convicted. That money was my idol, and that I needed to give it away so that I could become free also had a revelation that the character of God in the Old Testament was the same as Jesus demonstration of his character in the New Testament
Many, Belize, Jamaica, Dominican republic, Saint Croix, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Guadalupe, all across the Caribbean, Kona, San Diego, Baja Orlando, Korea, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, UK Harpenden, Homestead Manor, Switzerland
One significant story was when all the YWAM Caribbean leader ship had gathered in Jamaica up at a property called Stones Hope in Mandeville. God broke into our meeting and said that the He wants a new YWAM location near one of the cities of Jamaica. So we began to pray in agreement with what the Fathers wishes. For a new YWAM location in Jamaica. We spent two maybe three hours praying collectively. Then we had a clear sense that the Father through Holy Spirit had heard us and was going to answer this prayer and we could stop praying. Approximately six months later, another ministry offered their 5 million dollar property to us! This is the YWAM Montego Bay, Jamaica campus. It was a major miracle story.
