The More You Know

My vision is to see disciples become leaders, leaders become multipliers, and for every nation to encounter the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

Hi, I’m Caio Jdnyczuk, originally from Brazil, and I have been involved in missions and ministry from a young age through YWAM. My heart is to see people encounter Jesus, discover their identity and calling in Him, and be equipped to carry the Gospel to the nations. I became a youth pastor at 19 and have continued pursuing ministry, discipleship, and missionary training throughout my life. After serving in different missions contexts internationally, I am now serving with YWAM Lancaster, where I am helping equip and disciple the next generation of missionaries. I am especially passionate about leadership development, creating spaces where people can grow in character, faith, and practical ministry skills. At YWAM Lancaster, I am helping pioneer and lead NIKO while also serving in other training and community initiatives. My vision is to see the Great Commission fulfilled in our generation as ordinary people say yes to God and are sent to every nation.

The Pslams

NIV

God called me when I was a teenager.

In 2017. The experience shaped my perspective of the church and our call to reach the unreached.

When I was serving in a remote riverside community in the Amazon, 48 hours by boat from the nearest town, our team was hesitant to go because the community was known for being hostile toward Christians. Before we arrived, we prayed and asked God to lead us, and He gave us very specific instructions: He showed us the house we needed to go to, the person we needed to find, where we would find them, and even the color of the house. We had never met this person and had no way of knowing where they lived. When we arrived, we discovered that there was only one house in the entire community painted that specific color—and the person God had described to us was there. When that person opened the door, it was as if God had opened the door to the entire community. Through that relationship, we were welcomed into the community, and that same day, 47 people gave their lives to Jesus. That experience deeply impacted my faith and taught me that when we listen to God and step out in obedience, He can open doors that we could never open ourselves.
