A Field Partner is someone who has been trained through YWAM Lancaster—whether as a student or staff—and is now committed to serving unreached people groups for two years or more. These individuals are key to our vision of planting 10 teams in 10 unreached places in the next 10 years. With an active, ongoing relationship with our community, Field Partners carry our DNA and help extend our mission to the nations. They are the ones turning vision into reality—boldly going where the Gospel is not yet known. Though some will not be listed/shown due to being in creative access nations.
