Local Staff are full-time missionaries based at YWAM Lancaster who are dedicated to equipping and sending the next generation into the mission field. They lead discipleship programs, pioneer ministries, and cultivate a culture of worship, community, and outreach. Based locally but with a global vision, our staff play a vital role in advancing the Great Commission from right here in Lancaster.
